Kansas City Irish Festival's popularity pushes it into new territory (The Kansas City Star)
Since it moved to Crown Center in 2004, the Kansas City Irish Festival has grown bigger each year. In 2007 it seemed the festival was on the verge of outgrowing its home. On Saturday night of last year the crowd was so large that organizers had to delay for a short time admitting and re-admitting fans until enough people had exited the site.
