Missouri’s minimum wage is projected to be $7.05 next year, up 6.1 percent, the state’s Department of Labor and Industrial Relations said Friday. Under state law adopted in 2007, the state at the end of each September is to set the wage for the coming year, based on annual price changes through the end of July.
